Welcome back. There’s so much to write. But I don’t want to delay this issue any longer. One of the biggest issues for me right now is how to stay engaged without losing my mind. That’s why I’ve put together a small list of articles that provide helpful tips on resisting and self-care. Please take self-care seriously these days. If you don’t plan for it, you will probably forget about it. Once more: this is a marathon, not a sprint. If I can make only one recommendation: walk, walk as much as you can.
